The kunekune have arrived!

Mistletoe and Waterfall with their mother in Christchurch. More photos of them in their new home coming soon!

We welcome the arrival of our two kunekune pigs, Mistletoe and Waterfall! (Though we nickname them Missy and Polly.) Coming all the way from Christchurch, these two cuties are great for gobbling up our organic waste. They’ve been with us for about a week and are settling into their new sty behind the garden, built by a dedicated Outward Bound group.

Marlborough Triathlon Takes Off at Mistletoe Bay

The runners at the starting line

And they're off! Mistletoe Bay was the starting point for The Marlborough
Triathlon, where over fifty people ran to Anikiwa and then biked to Waikawa. (The kayaking portion of the race was cancelled due to dangerous swills.)

A volunteer directs the runners along the road.
